.as a *learning and performance development specialist* in the hr function, your main focus will be to lead and drive all learning and performance development (l&pd) interventions for sales market mx-co-ec, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
represent the sales market in regional projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices.
