Position objective:
lead the internal and external communication strategy at the regional level, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and promoting a strong corporate culture. This role is responsible for developing and implementing communication initiatives that strengthen the company’s identity across the different plants in the region.
responsibilities:
* design and implement regional communication strategies that align key messages across all plants.
* manage and coordinate internal communication channels within the region (newsletters, intranet, bulletin boards, corporate emails, etc.).
* develop content and communication materials for corporate initiatives, campaigns, and events.
* implement communication programs that promote engagement and organizational culture.
* coordinate corporate events and integration activities across the region’s plants.
* support crisis communication management and corporate reputation handling in the region.
* act as a liaison between regional management and plant teams to ensure effective and consistent communication.
* administer and create content for corporate social media (if applicable) in coordination with global teams.
* maintain relationships with local and regional media to strengthen corporate image.
* collaborate with human resources on employer branding strategies and talent attraction efforts in the region.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, both internal and external, within regional or multinational environments.
* experience in the manufacturing or maquiladora industry (preferred).
* strong writing, design, and information presentation skills.
* knowledge of digital tools and internal communication platforms.
* ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multicultural teams.
