*mission*:identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to fuel the sales pipeline and support the growth of rocket code in the mexican market.
*responsibilities*:- *lead generation and qualification*:- conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.- qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing if they align with rocket code's offerings.- *pipeline development*:- build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying leads.- schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the business development executive (bde) and sales team.- *collaboration*:- work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and leverage resources to engage potential clients.- provide detailed lead information and insights to the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.- *client engagement*:- establish strong relationships with prospects, acting as the first point of contact to represent rocket code professionally and effectively.- address initial inquiries and provide basic information about rocket code's products and services.- *market insights*:- stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better understand the needs of potential clients.- share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.- *reporting*:- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the crm system.- report on lead generation metrics and progress toward goals.
*requirements*:- *education*:- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred.- *experience*:- at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.- experience in the technology or b2b sector is a plus.- *skills and competencies*:- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.- excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.- proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.- strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.- familiarity with crm tools (e.g., hubspot, salesforce) and sales automation software is an advantage.- *languages*:- fluent in spanish; basic proficiency in english is preferred.- *work modality*:- onsite role in monterrey, nuevo león.
