Job summary and responsibilities
we are seeking an experienced administrative manager to oversee the human resources, import-export, and accounting departments. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and more than 3 years of administrative management experience.
key responsibilities:
1. administration and organization of the human resources department, including payroll, staff management, training plans, and general business activities.
2. administration and organization of the import-export department, including exhibition management, inventory control, vat and ieps certification, and other related tasks.
3. general affairs administration, handling labor and criminal legal matters, police investigation, rental issues, and maintenance planning of company buildings.
4. responsible for government procedures, ensuring compliance with institutions such as imss, infonavit, sat, state, municipality, se, inegi, inm, semarnat, etc.
5. administration and organization of the accounting department, including monthly accounting and financial statements, cash flow control, taxes, validation of accounts payable, and federal, state, municipal issues.
requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. more than 3 years of administrative manager experience.
3. proficient level in english language.
4. proficiency with computers, especially ms office.
