responsibilities:
* monitor integrations related support tickets
o investigate reported issues and resolve when possible
o escalate to data analyst/qa/devs when needed
o work with client to uat and confirm fixes
* communicate root cause, next steps, and resolution of issues with clients
* manage documentation and implementation of minor change requests for ecomm and retail integrations (with oversight from data analyst).
* provide integration uat support in coordination with the client for new implementation & change requests
* assist in maintaining integration documentation
* continually support data analyst as needed
qualifications and skills:
* 4+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consultant, software analyst or design, technical project manager/owner, or integration related positions
* understanding of web technologies such as rest, apis, webhooks, cron jobs
* ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.
* experience mapping information flows, user flows and design of entity and process diagrams.
* management of web request tools such as postman or insomnia.
* ability to create technical documentation and use cases in tools such as confluence or notion.
* uat testing execution and documentation.
* good communication skills to be a point of contact with stakeholders (customers, directives associates, department heads).
* desirable: experience in ecommerce, retail, crm, oms, sap, saas etc.
* desirable: experience in software development
* desirable: experience in jira task and ticket management
