*role and responsibilities*
1.
(planning l&d strategy) follow the establishment of l&d(learning and development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and kpi(key performance indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.
2.
(establishing and operating l&d infrastructures and policies) coordinate strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.
3.
(planning and managing projects) support project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.
4.
(competency assessment and l&d effectiveness evaluation) support evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.
