forvia, a leading automotive technology leader, is seeking a dynamic customer relationship engineer to join our team at our cutting-edge facility.
as a customer relationship engineer at forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. developing customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
2. organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
3. solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
4. auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
5. defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
6. managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with production quality
7. validating and accepting the packaging range
your profile and competencies to succeed
minimum education level
* bachelor’s degree in engineering with a master’s degree in engineering preferred
professional experience
* minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
* customer management experience
* experience and success managing a functional network
* willingness to travel 25% of the time
skills and competencies
* business and finance basics
* knowledge of the automotive industry
* results and teamwork orientation
* minimum bi-lingual (english required)
* good knowledge of program standards, tools, and methods
* strong customer satisfaction orientation
* above average communication and interpersonal skills
