key responsibilities
1. drive competitive sales growth.
2. identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (healthcare professionals and stakeholders) influencing prescription decisions.
3. enhance sales performance through skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences, engaging and building relationships. Participate in value-based conversations (in-person and virtually) to understand critical customer challenges, decision-making factors, pain points, and opportunities.
4. customize and organize customer interaction journeys for target healthcare professionals reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple interaction channels.
5. foster engagement by collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop sustained collaboration over time for novartis.
6. deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to their needs and understanding their healthcare environment.
7. establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and influencers in the medical sector (at the territorial level) and challenge current behaviors to improve the patient journey (right patient, right time).
8. develop deep knowledge and insights about the customer.
9. gather information about the customer's business to discover what is important to them & follow up on customer feedback and translate responses into actions that create additional value and exceed expectations.
10. leverage available data sources to dynamically create, prioritize, and adjust relevant interaction plans with the territory, account, and customer.
requirements
1. bachelor's degree in business-related fields preferred/open to any degree.
2. approximately 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/related business sectors.
3. desirable network for the target customer group.
4. desirable english proficiency.
5. ability to influence without authority.
6. business forecasting.
7. business case management.
8. problem-solving skills.
9. effective communication.
