we are seeking a skilled finance analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with different departments, analyzing financial data, and implementing reconciliation processes to maintain financial integrity.
- perform reconciliations for various financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- manage large amounts of transactions and calculate business balances for multiple products ensuring the data is accurately inputted.
- provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to improve financial processes.
- ensure strict adherence to industry-specific regulations and compliance standards in all financial activities.
- provide support in collections activities and collaborate with relevant teams for effective debt recovery.
- generate reports on collections performance, outstanding balances, and reconciliation status.
- communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- identify opportunities for process improvement in reconciliation procedures and reduce errors.

- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- proven experience in financial reconciliation or a related field.
