*qualifications*- proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in building supply or home renovation sales.- excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.- experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.- ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.- proficiency in spanish and other language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
