business process consultant to support process modelling and analysis of the related processes
*required experience*
- academic: _
- bachelor's degree in business, digital transformation, information technology, innovation or related field.
- master's degree is a plus.
- areas of expertise:_
- 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement
- experience as a business process consultant, with a focus on automation, rpa, and process mining is a plus.
- strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word) and bpm software and tools (preferably)
- project management experience
- fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.

- process analysis support: _
- assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
- collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
- data collection and research:
- conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
- assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
- documentation:
- produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
- recommendation development:
- support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
