*responsabilities*- process analysis support: _- assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.- collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.- data collection and research:- conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.- assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.- documentation:- produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.- maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.- recommendation development:- support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.- desired skills (optional): _- experience in bic process design- social impact processes knowledge- bpmn 2.0 standard knowedge- * technology to learn: _- client's bpm platform and be prepared to provide training to users.
