your mission, roles and responsibilities
• support continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement actions for all facilities, especially on long and/or repetitive breakdowns, high consumption of spare parts and consumables, slowdowns of machines, etc.
• define and monitor quality, cost, and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systems.
• recommend safety policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliable.
• be a pilot of co2 neutral activities in the plant.
• be a pilot of sprinkler installation in the plant.
• ensure that machines and tools are running according to hse requirements and process definitions.
• perform predictive, preventive, and curative maintenance on equipment and all associated tools (and buildings).
• master process parameters that assure product conformity meets customer requirements and equipment capacity.
• guarantee that process losses are according to defined targets.
your profile and competencies to succeed
the ideal candidate will have/be:
education level: degree in engineering, preferably.
experience:
• experience in the production area, including one position in manufacturing engineering preferable.
skills and competencies:
• equipment care knowledge.
• health, safety, and environment knowledge.
• english required.
• computer skills as a user.

• ability to interface with other functions - networking capabilities.
