- responsible for setting and developing the omni-channel strategy for customers
- responsible for developing and implementing the annual customer business plan for each account, including: consumer sales, shipments, flow (credit flow if needed), and forecast and planning
- accountable for promotional program execution, space planning, and administration of customer requirements
- ensure execution of trade and field plans, payments and dso plan achievement
- administrate and control budget, optimizing investments by focusing in key periods of the year
- frequently go on market run with team members and provide immediate feedback to deliver actions
- collaboration with the trade marketing regional team to develop promotional initiatives
- other ad-hoc projects and tasks

*as part of the mx business unit, the kam & the merchandising team exist alongside the sales/kam, operations and marketing/trade marketing regional teams!

*the main responsibility of the key account manager is to develop the customers that will be their responsibility and drive executional excellence through outstanding implementation of campaigns & in store solutions whilst also growing sales through thought leadership and store level advisory.

*do you have what it takes?

- proficient in microsoft programs (excel, word, power point, etc)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, developing accounts and omni-channel strategies
- experience in remote team leadership
- strong result orientations with the end game in mind
- a collaborator at heart and thrives in a environment with many partners
- structured and process oriented
- a positive can-do attitude
- high energy to drive and implement plans through kids day and christmas
- collaborative teammate ; willingness and flexibility to discuss and align local customer strategy with the regional team
