the customer service rep. is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders, works closely with the shipping dept.
in ensuring on time delivery of shipments, the sales team to schedule delivery timing for written orders, and the production dept.
to address product availability and identify efficiency gains, and problem resolution.

experience/skills:
- experience in the fields of materials planning, production planning, purchasing, supply chain management, production control and new product introduction.
- high knowledge and skills in management of demand and planning processes.

- ensure customer orders are met 100% and deliveries/shipments process are completed
- work with production team as well as warehouse to make sure material ships on time
- manage customer requirements and schedule changes to ensure customer satisfaction
- monitor, reconcile, and correct schedule agreements & customer cumulative received quantities
- assist customers with inquiries regarding availability and shipment of product and logistics
- support new product launching - introduction of new projects
- represent customer needs in domestic duties according to the requirements of the quality system

principal accountabilities:
- receives and responds to customer inquiries and complaints relating to production shipments.
- responsible for guiding compliant resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
- liaison between customer and factory-order entry pertaining to new orders, current production, and prototypes.
- responsible for checking customer websites for requirements, performance, etc.
- attends daily production meeting.
- reports out-of-line conditions affecting on-time shipments, and communicates with the customer.
- all order entries pertaining to orders for production, prototypes, and returns, monitors order in direct shipments to customers.
- work to resolve quality issues and rejected materials with corrective actions on time.
