as an implementation project manager, you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients during their onboarding period, ensuring smooth implementation of our saas solution.
you will coordinate the software implementation with the different teams involved to set our clients up for success from the beginning.
responsibilities: promote and ensure collaboration with the sales team to understand requirements and project scope.
work with the customer success team to meet clients' expectations.
follow up with the internal technical implementation team on project guidelines.

you would be working with team members based around the world.
what you'll be doing: in the first month, you will: get to know whisbi's software and its usage among clients.
understand the workflow between sales, customer success, and technical implementation teams.
familiarize yourself with product configurations and implementation.
discover our clients and their stage in the implementation process.
learn about the different tools and software used by the team.
by month 3, you will: learn the implementation processes and steps involved.
become aware of each client's situation in the implementation process.
manage your first implementations, supported by other onboarding project managers.
communicate with both external and internal stakeholders for launching your first projects.
by month 6, you will: manage multiple implementations independently.
contribute to improving the onboarding process.
have full autonomy on ticket creation and project management.
know who to communicate with to unblock/accelerate onboarding.
about you: experience in project management and collaboration with different departments at an enterprise level.
commercial approach for translating technical requirements into business terms.
comfortable communicator, both orally and in writing.
strong ability to understand, scope, and manage projects in each phase.
experience in managing technical integrations is a plus.
knowledge of customer experience best practices.
business-level english (spanish is a plus).
