*responsibilities*:- research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the company's factoring services.- maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.- qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.- collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.- participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.- stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
*requirements*:- previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- proactive attitude and results-oriented.- ability to work independently and as part of a team.- basic knowledge of crm tools and lead tracking.- ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.- excellent organizational and time management skills.- focus on quality and attention to detail.
