*responsibilities*:
- compiling inputs in powerpoint/excel and generating status report
- provide support for standard business processes within the company including sales, marketing, product development, it, finance and operations through coordinating actions & following up on assigned action items
- follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- support other teams with various administrative tasks
- greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- coordinate and plan company events that take place within business hours
- responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- keep office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
- work with vendors regarding office maintenance
- coordinate business trips.
