as a hr assistant, you will be responsible for execution of various tasks in the hr area, especially employee data management in workday and other hr systems connected to employee life cycle management.
you will be responsible for: support wet signature coordinationorganize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentationsupport employee personnel files clean-up in the physical archivemaintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive)prepare, manage and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signaturesfollow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents backcoordinate with receptions and other teams/partnerssupport hr administrative tasks based on current needrepresent j&j in front of the local authorities and can act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required, in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labour law matters.
