job description:
* assists in day-to-day functionality and efficiency of meetings.
* provides it reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
* coordinates installs and maintains complex software systems.
* identifies, manages, and resolves issues in a timely manner.
* asset management.
* responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
* updates user information in an organizational system.
* updates user access for given it applications for new and current employees.
