description of the role:
- audit and process us and ca customs broker invoices for payment.
- monitor, calculate and measure the missing, non-transmitted and/or pending invoices.
- contact the internal michelin import requesters for accurate payment accounts.
- measure and monitor the volume of missing or non-transmitted invoices and communicate to michelin´s customs brokers.
- follow-up and log the special projects´ invoices to ensure payment.
- communicate and alert import analyst´s and specialists of customs entry packet corrections and amendments.
- alert import analysts and specialists of required duty refunds.
- receive and process invoice payment rejection requests to request accurate accounts and processing.
required qualifications:
- must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in international trade or related (7th semester or above)
- english - advanced
- availability to work 4-5 hours daily
