the main responsibilities

- collaborate with partners across field operations, sales, marketing, finance, and it to collect data, generate hypotheses, review analysis results, quantify business benefits, and communicate changes

- prepare and present results to senior leadership

*qualifications*:
- demonstrated leadership skills to hire, develop, and motivate team members
- experience with data visualization tools (e.g., powerbi, tableau, qlik sense) to use in communicating the outputs of data models
- thorough understanding of basic accounting/financial practices, statistical analysis techniques, capacity planning strategies, forecasting algorithms, and other similar math skills
- excellent executive presentation skills (verbal & written) as will be preparing presentations for varying levels of the organization
- growth mindset
- invested in yourself and others thru continuous learning
- experience leading team thru change
- ability to translate complex ideas to simple and easy to understand concepts
- ability to stay organized while working in a dynamic environment w numerous projects occur at the same time is a must.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross functional teams.
education
- required - bachelors or equivalent
- preferred - master's in business administration or bachelor's in data science, statistics, or mathematicswhat to expect next
