why this role is important to us as part of the adc project delivery team, this role entails taking full responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of adc project deliverables (work package engagements).
the delivery manager is accountable for adhering to the agreed budget and overseeing and documenting all aspects of specific projects.
they work closely with project managers from regional teams to ensure each scope of deliverables and direction remain on schedule and is aligned with stakeholders' expectations.
