- lead internal andexternal audits and ensure compliance with corrective andpreventive actions.
- manage the relationship with audi and otheroems, overseeing complaints, kpis, and escalation handling.
- leadthe continuous improvement process, driving initiatives to reduceppm, scrap, and rework.
- coordinate the quality team (engineers,inspectors, metrology), ensuring development and alignment toobjectives.
- develop and implement customer recovery plans incritical escalation scenarios.
- ensure proper use of core toolsand problem-solving methodologies throughout the organization.
-supervise and validate the release of products, processes, molds,and components in new projects or engineering changes.
-collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics to meetcustomer requirements.
- analyze and report key performanceindicators (kpis) to the executive committee and corporate hq.
whatwe're looking for - qualifications - 8+ years of progressiveexperience in quality within the automotive industry.
- 3+ years inmanagerial roles, leading cross-functional teams.
- strongbackground in plastic injection molding and tier 1/tier 2manufacturing.
- proven track record with demanding oems – audi andvw highly preferred.
- hands-on experience leading crisismanagement and turnaround projects.
- deep knowledge of iatf 16949,vda 6.3, iso 9001/14001 and core tools (apqp, ppap, fmea, spc,msa).
- fluent in english (mandatory).
german is a plus.
-engineering degree required; master's or mba is a plus.
you´llexcel i f you have: - experience in multicultural or internationalenvironments.
- six sigma (green or black belt) certification.
-high analytical and systemic thinking, resilience, and agility.
-excellent communication skills to influence at all levels,especially with oems.
