Overview
the ideal candidate for this position is someone that will maintain and oversee the firm’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional, guaranteeing supplies and all the logistics for optimal operation of the offices.
this is an on-site position at lomas de chapultepec.
responsibilities
job responsibilities and duties:
1. oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth running of the organization’s offices, equipment, and facilities operations.
2. inspect facilities to meet safety regulations, resolve technical issues, and coordinate renovations and updates.
3. provide service to our internal clients procuring a smooth operation of the office.
4. responsible for monitoring, ordering, and guaranteeing office and kitchen supplies (for employees and clients).
5. responsible for the cleanliness, neatness, and safety of the office.
6. support set up of new hires in the office in coordination with it and human resources.
7. fill in for other duties done in the office as needed (like front desk, taking payments, fingerprinting) procuring a smooth operation.
8. work with other teams like it (to resolve it issues), accounting (print checks, or handling invoices from vendors), and admin.
9. follow the format that we have in each office (logos, signs, tv and videos, photos, etc).
10. support the marketing team in coordinating events and keeping track of swag inventory.
11. responsible for coordinating office events (ex. Friday lunch, taco tuesday, christmas party, etc).
12. receive from other members of the office payments from clients and keep them safe. Daily reconciliation of the money received and prepare and have ready the deposit for twice a week loomis pick up.
qualifications
job requirements:
1. bilingual in english and spanish (read, write, and speak).
2. business management, hr, 4 years degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
3. at least 4 years of experience in facilities management.
4. prior administrative experience preferred.
5. knowledgeable in ms office.
6. highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
7. excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. detail-oriented.
