this ensures the company's record-to-report (r2r) process is executed properly per the company's corporate policies and procedures, us gaap and local gaap frameworks, sox compliance, as well as service partnership agreements between the process stakeholders.
support local finance managers for samcam countries, regional and corporate teams in the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements via the effective execution of general accounting journal entries, balance sheet accounts reconciliations, financial statement transactional analysis, and eom close deliverables via the supervisor and staff teams in oracle and onestream systems for accounting and reporting per corporate procedures.
partner and liaise with the internal and external audit teams to ensure no findings are identified in any audit review.
establish, determine, and improve operational key metrics/goals to optimize the performance of the team while ensuring proper workload among the team.
work on continuous process improvement for process automation and efficiency, always ensuring compliance with key controls.
ensure proper standardization is in place per process design.
