Overview- onboard and train new users on systems and tools such as nokia impact, thales sim-ota, g+d rsp (consumer and m2m) as well as internally developed platforms and apis; - triage and troubleshoot complex issues in multiple software environments such as aws, unix/linux and vmware; - work directly with internal customers to understand their needs and assist them in user acceptance testing; - monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators for critical department metrics; - implement and utilize production and lab alerting and monitoring solutions using python, elastic (elk), grafana, prometheus and/or victorops; *skills and experience*- bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, telecommunications or a related field; - two for four years of experience in a software engineering position or discipline; - two years of experience utilizing coding languages such as python, java or c++ and working within a cloud environment utilizing technologies such as aws, gcp, azure or vmware; - ability to troubleshoot systems, identify bugs, relate to development, and test fixes; - proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes, software and development ideas; - experience working with nexsysone or similar wireless network deployment tools; - experience in wirelessnetwork rollout, integration, operations and maintenance is a plus.
