the role:
calling on all people with a background in facilities management within the commercial sector that are looking to grow and expand on their experience within the fm/operations space with a special focus on the commercial sector.

my client is seeking a candidate who is well-versed in managing commercial buildings while providing exceptional support to all the corporate tenants within the premises. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for one of the big real estate service providers.
main duties and experience:
* experience in managing contractors, assets, tenants, minor capex works
* build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
* oversee property services to ensure everything is running according to plan.
* ensure compliance with all essential regulations, from health and safety to building codes and environmental policies.
* conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance and implement corrective actions where needed.
* oversee planned maintenance programs and ensure contractors meet performance standards.
* handle non-routine maintenance and ensure that suppliers meet service standards.
* maintain tracking of progress with regular reporting.
* manage budgeting and reporting on repairs, maintenance, and capital works.
* oversee service contract purchase orders and manage invoices to ensure adherence to budget.
* collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure all expenses are tracked and forecasted accurately.
