responsibilities
in this highly collaborative role you will use your expertise in human resources to:
hiring:
1. preparation of contracts and files for new staff and keep them updated and protected.
2. responsible for making known to the employee the vision / mission, values, policies, organizational structure, as well as sources of useful complementary information about the company.
3. coordinate with the different areas of the operation the initial training of new staff (quality, safety and operations).
4. coordinate the reception and welcome of the newly hired employee.
5. channel new staff to the immediate boss with whom they will work, this is done formally with the 100% induction completed.
labor relations:
1. evaluate the risks in the operation with respect to compliance with laws and regulations.
2. responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of the organizational climate and existing labor relations, such as lawsuits, labor disputes, liquidations, dismissals, resignations, etc.
3. responsible for reducing risk in any matter in labor matters.
staff administration:
1. manage, implement and transmit the human resources plans and strategies, procedures, policies and the internal work regulations of the company.
2. in charge of organizational communication in the operation.
3. responsible for providing coaching and consulting to supervisors and managers internally in the operation regarding best practices, compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
4. prepare human resources indicators, as well as develop and execute action plans to achieve the objective.
5. supervise and control personnel services (transportation, dining room, tech.).
6. responsible for attending private and government audits.
payroll:
1. prepare and collate payroll incidents.
2. provide support to the team of supervisors uploading incidents to the attendance recording system.
3. attending to payroll queries with staff.
organisational development:
planning and execution of organisational events in conjunction with the hr generalist.
qualifications
your background, experience, and interests include:
schooling:
1. bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology (to order).
2. knowledge: personnel administration, management of recruitment and selection processes, mastery of training processes, federal labor law, management of pc and microsoft office.
experience:
3 years as coordinator or head of human resources, carrying out administrative functions of personnel, payroll processes, mass recruitment, direct attention to personnel, control of hc, monthly reports of absenteeism, turnover, attention to private and government audits.
