? Keyresponsibilities - transaction categorization: properly classifyincome, expenses, and other transactions based on u.s. accountingstandards.
- journal entries: prepare and record journal entrieswith accuracy and consistency.
- bank reconciliations: match banktransactions to books and resolve discrepancies quickly.
-financial statement preparation: generate monthly financial reportssuch as profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
-month-end closing: ensure timely and complete month-end procedures,including reviews and final submissions.
- client communication:act as the main point of contact for assigned clients—responding toinquiries, offering updates, and guiding them through financialprocesses.
- quality assurance: identify errors, proposecorrections, and ensure compliance with bookkeeping best practices.- tech collaboration: use tools like bench app, salesforce, slack,quickbooks, and xero for efficient collaboration and workflowmanagement.
? What you bring - minimum 1 years of bookkeepingexperience for u.s. clients.
- strong written and spoken english(advanced level).
- experience with quickbooks, xero, or anysimilar erp or accounting software.
- at least 1 year of experiencein a client-facing or customer service role.
- excellent attentionto detail, time management, and accuracy.
- ownership mentality andability to work independently.
