What's the role?

user support:
1. respond to and resolve all customer and user queries in a timely manner;
2. cooperate with technical support and/or other departments on more complex issues/questions;
3. support sales with queries related to their customers;
4. act as a subject matter expert to support delivery of crm, quoting, subscription, and billing features;
5. be recognized as a functional expert in the crm, quoting, subscription, and billing domain to support incidents and debugging efforts;
6. communicate with stakeholders of different (development and sales) teams (referred to as user management);
7. assist project leaders in performing hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and configuration tasks as required in support of change management as well as new project implementations;
8. ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements;
who are you?
1. computer science degree or equivalent practical experience;
2. 2+ years of experience in saas surroundings (zuora or equivalent);
3. experience (hands-on practical experience) on at least 1 salesforce implementation;
4. deep expertise of the crm e2e saas landscape, especially related to the lead to cash process area;
5. in-depth knowledge of the zuora data model and related configuration features;
6. good understanding of enterprise customer journey best practices;
7. excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills in english;
preferred requirements:
1. experience with zuora or a cpq application is a plus;
2. adm201 salesforce certification is a plus;
3. strong understanding of agile-based development practices and sprint planning strategies;
4. experience in designing, coding, and implementing apex code triggers, classes, components, etc.;
5. experience in designing and implementing new salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other zuora customizations;
physical demands:
due to the global nature of this role, alignment with customers, users, and vendors in mainly emear and amer needs to be accommodated. This means we would ask these team members to be available for americas support during their office hours.
