Eaton's veh vehicle group division is currently seeking a supply chain program manager.*what you'll do*:- lead and communicate program needs to category managers to provide pricing and capacity analysis on all programs from prolaunch stages 0-4- manage deliverables of team members for engine air management product launches to ensure proper execution of changes and launches.- participate in apqp activities for all new product launches for business segment- facilitate scheduling and business unit involvement in sourcing councils for new product launches- oversee and track supplier tooling deliverables.- represent scm function in apqp activities for all new product launches- coordinate with commodity teams to ensure strategies align with strategic and profit plans.- represent and lead scm function in prolaunch and dgc gate reviews.- coordinate the exchange of technical information regarding product and product processing with adequate safeguards for confidentiality- problem solve and deal effectively with conflicts and roadblocks, escalating as required. Identifying and communicating risks efficiently, to avoid impact to project deliverables.- actively participate in teams working towards continuous process improvements, elimination of waste, and advance product quality planning.*qualifications*:education: bachelors degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management. Mba preferred.
