we are searching for the best talent for marketing manager to be in cuidad de mexico to be responsible for supervising/leading the marketing team for developing and leading the execution of ethicon franchise strategy / marketing plan at a country level (mexico), in alignment with the regional franchise strategy.
this role will report to the business unit director and will be responsible for:
- achieving sales and profitability targets, as well as for managing marketing budgets (opex and capex) based on marketing initiatives.
- this role partners with sales teams to provide requires direction and support to ensure sales execution that leads to achievement of business goals.
- responsible for coordinating effort across organization (different internal areas) to align and deploy marketing plans
- manages kol strategy as key component of marketing plans at country level.

- education: university / bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

- strong analytical & organizational skills

- advanced/fluent level of english (oral and written)
- master in business administration, science or finance preferred
- experience:
- marketing experience (included not limited) to:
- marketing plan development and execution
- a minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in commercial functions such as marketing, sales or business administration is required
- a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience leading / supervising marketing/commercial teams is required
- team supervision (attract, develop & retain high performance talent)
- working in cross-functional teams (leadership through influence seeking/capturing market insights and translating them into plans and solutions viable for customers).
- communicating value, translating market dynamics into effective pricing strategies, and driving profitability.
- portfolio management, life cycle management and new product launch.
- s&op, forecasting and demand planning
- market research, agency management
- experience in medical devices is preferred
