you'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.
as part of our policy, strategy and leadership team, you'll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the human resources team.responsibilitiesbe the principal reviewer of resources availability and/or capacity in day shape in order to make staffing decisions; confirm engagement end dates and assignments with staff; maintain up to date staff schedules in day shape and staff skills such as certifications; participate on staffing calls with the deployment consultants; generate and/orreview reports of utilization, analyze actuals vs forecasted hours and follow up with staff; analyze, identify and communicate any trends and issues with the deployment consultant; analyze utilization on a regular basis and ensure the business rules alignment according with utilization and forecast metrics; optimize resource utilization and workforce planning to maximize efficiency; help staff to understand the policies (vacations, loa´s, etc.)
