the cisco renewal analyst normally receives general instruction on routine work, detailed instruction on new assignments.what we need & what you'll do (responsibilities):- prepares and processes detailed quotes for smart net and intellicare (pss-partner support service) contract renewals.
utilizes cisco tools (ccw-r: cisco commerce workspace renewals module) to acquire renewal data, validate and create accurate support and renewal quotes.- provides cisco order processing support for services and software subscriptions renewals using internal systems and cisco commerce workspace renewals module (ccw-r).- handles ongoing management of customer base with service renewals administration, contract consolidation, co-termination, true-ups and other contract management functions.who you are (qualifications):- associate's degree/diploma or equivalent experience.- 0-3 years of related product support experience; industry experience preferred.- high level understanding of cisco products, software/subscriptions and support pricing programs.- experience in renewals quoting and order processes, ccw-r, working with distributors and cisco.- knowledge and experience with cisco support services offerings and contract renewal process.- strong excel skills.- strong customer service skills.- strong organizational and interpersonal skills.- excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- proficiency in managing cisco support contracts and the overall renewal process.
