this role's focus is on converting leads into booked consultations in our clinics.
you will be responsible for calling and texting potential clients, answering their questions efficiently, and convincing them to book an appointment and/or buy packages.you must be fluent in both written and spoken english, as you will be engaging with an english-speaking customer base.
strong sales skills, exceptional communication, and a results-driven mindset are key to success in this role.key responsibilitieslead conversion: engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and text to convert them into booked consultations.sales execution: manage the sales cycle, from initial outreach to answering questions and securing appointments.customer engagement: build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and educate them on our medical aesthetic and wellness services.pipeline management: track and manage leads using crm (highlevel) to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.collaboration: work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
you'll also work closely with the in-clinic teams, ensuring there is a smooth handoff for the consultation.performance metrics: meet and exceed kpis, including conversion rates, response times, and revenue contribution.what we're looking forsales experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or a similar industry.bilingual proficiency: must be fluent in both written and spoken english.
