club feast is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing food delivery by empowering local and minority-owned restaurants. We provide corporate catering and meal delivery solutions that help restaurants expand their reach and increase revenue. As we scale, we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented business development representative (bdr) to bring new restaurant partners on board in our growing markets!
as a bdr - restaurant partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding new restaurant partners. You’ll be the face of club feast to restaurant owners, helping them unlock new revenue opportunities through our platform.
what you’ll do:
* prospect & outreach – identify and reach out to potential restaurant partners via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
* sales pitch – clearly communicate the value of partnering with club feast to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
* lead qualification – assess restaurant fit based on cuisine type, location, and business goals.
* pipeline management – maintain a healthy pipeline and track progress in hubspot (crm).
* relationship building – build trust with restaurant owners by understanding their needs and showing how club feast can drive their growth.
* market expansion – support our expansion into new cities by bringing the best restaurant partners on board.
* team collaboration – work closely with our onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners.
what we’re looking for:
* sales expertise – 2+ years of cold calling experience with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
* industry knowledge – experience in restaurant sales, food delivery, or hospitality is a strong plus!
* excellent communication – fluent in english, with strong verbal and written skills.
* resilience & drive – comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections with confidence.
* tech-savvy – experience with crm tools (hubspot preferred) and digital sales platforms.
* remote flexibility – ability to work independently in a fully remote role, aligned with u.s. business hours.
