a day in the life
· perform parameters verification of weco panels and maintain verification results database.
· input repair data into database. Prepare reports from database, maintain records, create database queries and software scripts.
· report trends during production meetings to enable production to focus on correcting issues being found in repair.
· escalate issues to manufacturing technicians for trends and reoccurring problems.
· assist in the development of inspections, assembly processes and procedures.
· provide prompt and accurate process updates to quality to insure timely oms document revisions.
· track daily work and input manufacturing defects and preventable defects on white board.
· elaborate quality alerts from critical issues and / or customer complains reported
· provide mentoring to peers and colleagues.
· maintain processes/oms’s for the repair area.
· release of material processed at the repair area
· participate on the investigation for potential quality problems on the manufacturing floor
what will help you thrive in this role?
· engineer degree in electronic technology: currently studying (last semesters) or bachelor's degree
· two years electronic experience.
· intermediate level computer skills using microsoft suite – outlook, word, excel and access.
· able to read schematics, identify specific circuits, recognize electronic components.
· able to read and understand technical literature.
