*job summary：*
this role plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by organizing input from various sources to produce sales reports.
*responsibilities*:
- uses standard sales system and database to generate reporting.drafts analysis reports to the sales planning/information managers or sales excellence leader
- supports the team in generating statistical reports, updates sales price tables, determines sales premiums and commissions and drafts statements regarding sales efficiency - analyzes product availability and product returns, compensations and debtors.
- coordinates with external research firm to ensure data integrity and generate analytical study from available sales database
- works independently under moderate supervision. Demonstrates a solid understanding of the systems used to complete business transactions.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor degree in business administraction, marketing or accounting prefereable
- experience as administrative assistant preferable in sales departmens
