Job purpose:
analyze and manage the functional projects of global markets and operations for current and future products of the local bank, through the accompaniment to define the functional needs on the corporate or local systems, its development and implementation, in search of automated processes in the areas, minimizing operational risks. Support in the maintenance and bau of production systems

- manage follow-up on any incidents reported and requests
- manage the relations and perform follow up with local third party vendors (bajaware (lrr), pip, provider for officios)
- collect and detail the statement of functional requirements
- formalize requirements by drawing up the functional specifications to be implemented
