Main purpose
is the main responsible for executing the business development strategy (marketing & sales) for plant based in the food service channel nationally in mexico.
is in charge of coordinating internal and external teams, planning & executing commercial plans and projects.
supports in designing strategies for business development & sharing insights with customers and consumers.
main responsibilities
1.
main contact with the foodservice and retail team to achieve commercial goals in mexico.
2.
coordinates internal & external teams to achieve plant based mx commercial goals.
3.
designs commercial plans with key clients
4.
designs growth & development initiatives for customers, chains and key stakeholders.
5.
designs and coordinates go to market materials as events, promotionals, activations, others.
6.
identifies key customers and does periodical visits of prospectation and follow up with customers.
7.
constantly trains the foodservice team and customers in the plant based category and sigma´s platforms.
8.
is the voice of the foodservice customer for plant based.
complementary information
- education: degree in marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship or administration carreers.
- experience: minimum 3 years of experience in food industry, startup fast paced environment.
- knowledge: passion for food, knowledge of sales, some knowledge of the food industry, interest in gastronomy, high level english
- abilities & skills: proactive, self starter, commercial skills, preferably a chef or with a culinary degree that can make some plant based dishes for tastings with customers.
