Quality supervisor
what you’ll do:
• establish and monitor goals and objectives according to the policy deployment of ast and/or quality.
• manage human resources to improve processes.
• coordinate all problems ranked a or tirs until the implementation of systematic actions.
• advise and address the quality group in solving internal and external problems.
• evaluate and propose improvements to the quality systems.
• establish effective communication methods with related areas.
• avoid negative impacts on the financial results of the company through the reduction or elimination of scrap related to the process.
• support the development, coordination, and implementation of process improvement strategies with the amc.
• advise on the 18 points of ppap to the amc.
what is required:
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- automotive manufacturing experience.
- advanced english skills.
- monitoring and analyzing data from process audits and statistical process controls and defining corrective actions.
- knowledge of problem-solving tools, pfmea, control plans, spc, and 8ds methodology.
