vivaaerobus is currently searching for a organizational support sr analyst.
as a organizational support sr analyst, you will support the control and administration of the headcount budget, ensure an optimal organizational structure, and contribute to the analysis and management of data to facilitate strategic decision-making. This role will be key in supporting the area's operations and improving processes related to data management and structure.
additionally, you will provide transactional support for organizational data during the erp and hcm transition, ensuring that the organizational structure is correctly uploaded into digital tools and that all related systems and tools function and connect optimally.
your deliverables will be:
* control and monitor the headcount budget: perform quarterly updates and reviews of forecasts and budgets to maintain control aligned with organizational objectives. Consolidate and collect headcount information.
* manage the organizational structure: support the creation, updating, and administration of positions in sap and other digital tools, ensuring that the current structure is accurately reflected in these platforms.
* update and report organizational charts: develop and update organizational charts and proposed structures to ensure they accurately reflect the organizational structure.
* analyze and generate reports: conduct data analysis, develop key indicators, and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
* consolidate and gather headcount information: assist the budget & organization coordinator in preparing and sending follow-up reports.
* support the erp/hcm transition project: ensure proper data migration, connection between tools, and sap management for smooth alignment with hcm processes.
this is an entry-level, temporary position based in monterrey, mx for a project with a duration of 18 months.
minimum requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or business development.
* +2 years of experience in the hr development, consulting, or budget management area.
* bilingual (spanish/english) proficiency is desirable.
* advanced skills in excel, sap, and analytics.
* experience in success factors is desirable.
* experience in hcm and erp systems.
