we have an exciting opportunity to join our hr people services team in mexico; reporting to hr director role, you will be part of a team to provide support and solutions to our to our leaders and team on manufacturing sites.
this position is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on hr fundamentals and employee related questions. This role has strong contact with local, regional, and global leaders. English proficient is mandatory.
key responsibilities include (not exclusively)
1. provide high level coaching, guidance and support to leaders and team members, focusing on self-service and empowering people managers
2. promptly provide response regarding change management
3. provides full range of strategic hr services for client group(s), with overall responsibility for developing, directing and coordinating hr strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment
4. facilitates line management’s ability to lead change processes
5. establish hr as a visible and high value business partner with local management and all other key stakeholders.
6. ensure legal mandatory requirements for people related aspects (legal quotas, local associations, governmental audits, and other local requirements)
7. effectively manage union relationships through discussion, consultation and negotiation
about you
8. tertiary qualification in human resources, business administration, or any other related field
9. proven experience of more than 7 years in hr roles within manufacturing environment
10. strong advisory, consultancy and problem solving skills
11. good experience working in a fast paced, multi-level organization, multidisciplinary structure
12. ability to interpret different type of industrial agreements
13. proficient on employee relations and compliance management
14. track record of customer first and team spirit mentality
15. ability to think differently and challenge boundaries
