*what will you do*
the transformation office business analyst will be part of the transformation office reporting to the transformation office manager. This role will impact and be directly responsible for achieving business value and outcomes through the execution milestones across the support teams. The transformation office business analyst will be responsible for planning, reporting, risk and issue management, monitoring and communication across workstream teams and stakeholders. This position will serve as point of contact for all wave inquiries (program management tool) and wave champions.
*how you will do it*
- responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts across wave champions.
- responsible for coordinating activities of transformation office team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion of project.
- train and assist in program management tools (wave, powerbi dashboards, action items, sharepoint, etc.). Learn to assess, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
- responsible for assembling plans, interacting with collaboration tools (sharepoint) and action items assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis.
- establishes and implements monitoring and control processes for the transformation office community to ensure initiatives and milestones are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- assists with managing configuration requests, custom report design and other development tasks in conjunction with our external wave development team.
- occasionally assist with to office governance (i.e. User management within wave, approval flows, sharepoint site calendars and training materials, etc.)

- bachelor’s degree in business administration, it or other related field or equivalent work experience with strong standing and good network within the organization.
- four (4) years of work experience. Preferably in global organization.
- excellent project management skills. Knowledge in project management standards, methods and tools.
- excellent communication, business writing, analytic (including but not limited to excel based), critical thinking, problem solving, and coaching skills.
- this position requires excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels both internal and external.
