What you do each day:
- demonstrate a profound understanding of both sales dynamics and organizational strategy, providing visionary direction to the sales organization
- navigate shifts in market trends, maintaining a competitive edge, and ensuring the organization's adaptability to dynamic market conditions
- orchestrate and lead dynamic sales teams, providing guidance, shaping activities, and fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement
- position the sales organization as a forward-thinking and influential force in the market, contributing to its reputation as an industry leader
- conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
- establish thought leadership within the industry, representing the company at conferences and events
- provide advanced leadership in shaping and executing overarching sales strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- lead and oversee multiple teams of sales professionals, guiding managers to refine team approaches and drive success through collective achievements
- foster collaboration with other departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
- champion visionary strategic leadership in identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding the team across diverse channels
qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in sales management in a high-growth environment (saas preferred)
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- experience leading teams of 25+ reps
- experience leading, hiring, and training supervisors/managers
