this individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers.
this role requires a native or near-native proficiency in english, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of construction to effectively guide clients through their journey with clever tiny homes.
*responsibilities*:- * customer onboarding and follow-through*: serve as the primary customer liaison post-purchase, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery.
proactively update customers on their order status, address questions or concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.- * warranty and service management*: handle warranty inquiries and manage repair processes, working with us-based service providers, factory technicians, and materials coordinators.
track each warranty case from start to finish, ensuring all steps are documented and completed according to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.- * document management*: prepare, organize, accuracy, and completeness of client-related documentation, including sales invoices and dmv registration papers.
ensure these documents are prepared in advance, reviewed for accuracy, and stored in accessible formats.- sales and marketing support_- * sales assistance*: support the sales team by responding to complex technical questions from prospective clients, assisting with product specifications, and helping clients understand our products' construction and quality standards.- * factory tours*: conduct personalized factory tours (in-person and virtual) for potential clients, ensuring they leave with a clear understanding of our processes and commitment to quality.- * event and conference representation*: represent clever tiny homes at trade shows, public events, and conferences.experiência y requisitos*requirements*:- * education*: bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.- * experience*: minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and/or public relations.- * languages*: proficiency in english and spanish, both written and spoken.- * skills*:- excellent communication and presentation skills.- ability to work independently and as part of a team.- analytical and problem-solving skills.- knowledge of digital marketing tools.- creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
