Summary

responsibilities
1. 30% provide support in the different human resources processes to the store and field in each of the regions to ensure efficient execution.
2. 20% performing the process of hires and terms in the personnel system in stores and in the field, ensuring that all the necessary information is completed according to the established process.
3. 15% gathering and managing all store employee information nationwide, as well as updating this information.
4. 15% for new hires provide uniforms, job changes and periodic replacement, as well as food coupons, discount card, welcome kits, service pins, anniversary letters, recognition diplomas, interns letters.
5. 10% manage the process of interns in stores (hires, payment and terms).
6. 10% manage the personnel relocation process (relocation bonus, move management).
7. manage the control and payment of the referral bonus program for store and field personnel; provide follow-up on savings fund settlements, infonavit withholding/suspension notices.
requirements
1. level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
2. area of study: administration, communication, psychology or related.
3. years of experience: 2-3 years.
