the opportunity
a self-driven candidate who will be accountable for data analysis. The role needs to analyze pfna data sources in collaboration with the global groups. Ability to navigate and translate data areas in legacy and pgt environments. Ability to provide pfna s&t and functional knowledge to enable common global designs, data, reporting and analytics and own the mapping of pfna data for ibp integration.
be part of a team of analysts, driving the identification and documentation of pfna data required for global ibp program. Collaborate with business partners and s&t partners to define and fulfill the data requirements for pfna global ibp implementation. Ensure the right data standards are adhered to and all necessary data documents are produced for successful implementation and sustain of the solution. Role will partner with broader devsecops teams to ensure data quality and testing functions are enabled.
act as an advocate of change. Willing to challenge the status quo and ask difficult questions to drive optimum solutions and outcomes. Ability to influence and work through others. Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standard toolsets and best practices in enabling pfna data pipelines. Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences. your impact
as sector it assoc manager your scope would consist of:
1. manage the data object priorities in collaboration with the global groups and define and align on timelines and delivery schedules.
2. document the data usage and map them to gdo objects required for global ibp program.
3. drive pfna ibp data requirements and identification of sources and alignment to global models for global ibp program. Drive the global data object mappings.
4. define test scripts required to ensure data quality.
5. document data validation rules based on the data subject areas and sources, ensuring the data quality is maintained. Ensure source data from transactional systems ties in the target. Ensure data is certified using the pfna data certification process.
6. ensure data rules and specifications are communicated to the development resources to ensure data is handled and used correctly.
7. ensure data context and one source of truth for pfna by partnering with pfna functional leadership (supply chain, gtm operations, commercial, s&t) and pfna s&t leadership.
8. ensure historical data is identified and ingested through enterprise data as per agreed timeline and requirements.
9. collaborate with mra business and dso teams to ensure pfna source datasets for gdo are pfna certified and align with mra strategy.
