*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An mba or advanced degree is a plus.
- proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- proficiency in crm software and business development tools.
- self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- knowledge of the (industry) sector and market dynamics is preferred.
