*minimum qualifications*:- 1+ years of experience in web development, php, mysql, or bachelor's degree finished- experience with html/css/javascript/jquery/bootstrap/python.- proficiency in using linux (shouldn't shy away from command line).- proficiency with mvc php frameworks.- understanding of relational database management systems.- ability to demonstrate knowledge regarding object-oriented design and functional programming principles willing to learn perl.- experience with agile product development lifecycle.- experience with refactoring legacy code.- acquaintance with international web standards and protocols.
